Everything you need for workshop and conference registration, abstract submission and poster preparation.
Before you begin
Four things to know

Create your account first
You must create an account on irad2027.org before starting any registration.

No documents to prepare
There is no recommendation letter, consent form or signed workshop form to scan and upload. Registration is entirely online.

Student applicants
Bring a valid institutional ID card to the venue — nothing to upload. Post-doctoral fellows, research associates and FIP participants are not eligible under the student category.

No first-come-first-served
Every registration submitted before the deadline is considered equally. Final confirmation follows scrutiny by the selection committee.

Workshop Registration
- Create a user account on the conference website before registering.
- Registration is mandatory and must be completed online through the portal.
- Workshop registration requires admin approval.
- Successful registration is confirmed by email.
- Workshop participants receive free entry to the conference.
B
Conference Registration
- Create a user account on the conference website to register.
- Complete registration online with your personal and institutional details.
- Registered workshop participants receive free access.
- Select the appropriate thematic area during abstract submission.
- Both oral and poster presentations are included; format and session allocation follow acceptance.
- Only registered authors may present.
What Registration Asks For
No forms to download, sign or upload. Register online and you are done.

No supporting documents
No signed form, consent letter or recommendation is required at any point.

Students: bring your ID
Students and research scholars registering at the concessional rate carry their institutional ID card to the venue. Nothing to upload.
Abstracts
Abstract Submission
Abstracts submitted for publication must follow these specifications.
- Length
- Maximum 350 words
- File format
- Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
- Font
- Times New Roman, 12 pt
- Line spacing
- Single
Required components
- Title — upper case, bold, centre-aligned.
- Authors and affiliations — centre-aligned, author names in bold.
- Content — brief introduction, methods, results, conclusion and keywords.
Student category eligibility
- Applicants must be registered student delegates and not currently employed.
- Post-doctoral fellows, research associates and FIP participants are not eligible.
- A signed nomination form from the Head of Institution or HOD is required.
Posters
Poster Guidelines
Poster boards and mounting materials are provided at the venue.

- Times New Roman, centred

- Institution, country, lead presenter email
- Alignment
- Paragraphs justified both margins
Type sizes
- Title
- 80 pt, about 20 mm high
- Authors & affiliations
- 60 pt, about 15 mm high
- Body text
- 40 pt, about 10 mm high
Use figures, graphs and photographs; avoid excessive text.
Material & files
- Glossy paper, photo paper or cloth posters are permitted.
- Flex banners are not permitted.

Presentation tips
- Make the content readable from at least two metres away.
- Use clear section headings, arrows and generous white space.
- Show contact details or a QR code for follow-up.
